All new patients can expect to undergo a new patient exam when they first visit our clinic. This exam will allow our general dentist dr. analyze your oral health, identify any areas of concern, and create treatment plans if needed.
COVID-19 AND PATIENT SAFETY
Our Dental Practice's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear patients,
In accordance with the Provincial Health Ministry’s COVID safety recommendations, we have altered our practice's policies. During COVID-19 we are:
- Operating at reduced capacity in order to comply with physical distancing measures in our downtown dental office.
- Installing barriers and air purification systems for the office, in addition to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) where physical distancing is not possible. Masks will be provided to all patients requiring one.
- Screening and assessing both patients and staff before their dental visit for symptoms according to current Public Health guidelines.
- Continuing to adhere to the strict infection control outlined by the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia. We are also increasing the cleaning and sanitization of the office beyond the required mandates to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients.
- Only accepting transactions via debit or credit card.
